My Header doesn't go up

Solution You may have a header that is too large. Make sure it is within the sizes asked for. Ours is 550 x 60. The other problem may be that you don't have it up on the web yet. It is advisable to have your header already up somewhere, so eCommerce can get it. Maybe try putting in the address as http://www.mywebsite.com/header.jpg to make it easier.
